New Modern Nintendo 64 Controller Funded on Kickstarter


A new Nintendo 64 controller, designed by Retro Fighters, is coming thanks to a Kickstarter campaign that has easily surpassed its original goal of $13,000.  With a little over 3 weeks remaining, over $100,000 has already been pledged.

The controller features a more modern design than the original, somewhat awkward to hold controller.  The middle grip has been removed and both the analogue stick and D-pad are now available on the left side near each other.  Also, the controller features slots for N64 memory cards and Rumble Pak.

The controller costs $20, and a pledge of $45 or more on the Kickstarter will gets your name listed in the controller’s instruction manual.
